Benchmark Expands with Acquisition of TonerTiger, Inc.

We have exciting news to share!

Benchmark Business Solutions, Inc., the number one Xerox sales agency in the U.S., is pleased to announce the acquisition of TonerTiger, Inc., a managed print services (MPS) and IT solutions provider in Abilene, Texas.

TonerTiger was founded in 1996 by David and Jamie Belz as a toner cartridge remanufacturing reseller based in Brownwood, Texas, before moving to Abilene in 2001. The company has since evolved to become a Silver HP Partner, offering managed print solutions and IT hardware services across the state of Texas and beyond.

“Benchmark is extremely excited about TonerTiger joining our family as we execute our vision of growth,” said Jeff Horn, president and CEO of Benchmark. “With TonerTiger’s capabilities, we will expand our MPS offerings and be able to offer more products and services such as IT hardware and software solutions to our customers.”

Benchmark provides equipment and services to thousands of customers across Texas, New Mexico and Oklahoma. Benchmark serves small to medium-sized businesses, governmental entities and schools ranging from K-12 systems to higher education institutions.

Recently, Benchmark was named one of only three partners to receive the highest designation from Xerox of MPS elite accredited partner. “We wanted to expand our company for a while,” said David Belz, who is now the chief strategy officer and member of the board of directors for Benchmark.

“Benchmark has the infrastructure and the culture we were looking for. We have always been friendly competitors and we already share a number of customers. It just makes sense. I am looking forward to our future together, as we will be able to deliver more products and services to all customers."

TonerTiger will operate as a subsidiary company under the name TonerTiger, a Benchmark Company.
