CapturePoint

Using the intuitive touchscreen at any compatible Xerox ConnectKey device, users can securely scan and convert paper to searchable Microsoft Word, Excel or PDF files, in English, French and 4 other languages. With one easy subscription, your entire office can enjoy the benefit of CapturePoint and enable knowledge workers to transfer information once trapped in paper to editable digital content.

Xerox® Easy Translator Service

If you’re a global organization, communicating with your audience in their language is critical. With the Xerox Easy Translator Service, you can scan your document on a ConnectKey enabled MFP (multi-function printer) and translate it into more than 35 languages.

You can also access professional translators through your MFP, PC or smartphone. This state-of-the-art technology cuts time and saves money that would otherwise be used for expensive translating services, some of which own the rights to your content once it’s translated.

Share Patient Information

With this healthcare MFP app, you can securely share patient information with a HIPPA compliant clinical document exchange workflow - directly from your MFP. Using the Healthcare MFP App, professionals can now transform paper into interoperable content from a Xerox ConnectKey Enabled MFP.

The app utilizes state-of-the-art technology to provide an instant and seamless workflow, especially in the area of secure clinical document exchange. The app allows you to transform paper into instantly usable, relevant and "structured" clinical documentation by selecting recipients from the SureScripts national directory of healthcare providers.

The app works with the Kno2 clinical document exchange cloud service.

Print and Scan for Dropbox

This app allows you to print files directly from Dropbox in the following file formats: Microsoft Office, PDF, Open Office, TIFF, JPEG, PNG, GIF, TXT, RTF, EML, XPS, PS and PCL.

You can also scan documents straight to Dropbox into PDF, PDF/A, XPS, TIFF and JPEG files.

Scan to Cloud Email

Scan and email documents easily to yourself and others with this simplified scan service. With no email setup required, you can quickly send documents to anyone, straight from your Xerox MFP.
