Xerox Is Synonymous With Quality and Copying
Xerox launched the first commercially available plain paper photocopier in 1959 and has been synonymous with printing, copying, and quality -- the “Kleenex” of the photocopier world -- ever since.

The Xerox AltaLink C8030 (outstanding 30 ppm color copier MFP) and C8035 (outstanding 35 ppm color copier MFP) each received a coveted BLI pick award this past summer.

Xerox Equals Security

The Common Criteria Certification is an international standard (ISO 15408) that sets specific information assurance goals, including strict levels of integrity, confidentiality, and availability for systems and data. It is a requirement for hardware and software devices used by the federal government on national security systems.
Many models in the Xerox VersaLink, WorkCentre, and ColorQube families are Common Criteria certified.
Some are also FIPS 140-2 (a series of security requirements issued by the National Institute of Standards and Technology) and McAfee Security certified.
Xerox Equals Energy Savings
Saving energy is good for the environment. It’s also good for the budget. Xerox has a long-term focus on producing energy-efficient devices, including creating toner that requires less heat (and therefore less energy) to use.
Various Xerox devices adhere to a variety of energy-saving standards. Energy Star (US), Blue Angel (Germany), and ECOLOGO (Canada) are all certifications of environmental friendliness and low energy use. When you have dozens of devices, shaving the energy cost to use the equipment by even pennies a day can add up to hundreds of dollars over the lifetime of the equipment.
EPEAT is a global registry of environmentally friendly devices. Manufacturers can self-declare after verification, but are also subject to independent expert verification after being added to the registry.
