Last week, Benchmark made a special delivery to Memorial Medical Center in Las Cruces, New Mexico. Eighty of Xerox’s award-winning AltaLink and VersaLink products arrived on a 40-foot trailer (pictured right) early morning on September 14th.
The Benchmark team, led by Lead Analyst Josef Johnson, worked alongside the Memorial Medical Center IT staff to ensure a quality delivery and installation experience.
The install was conducted over the course of three days. With all hands on deck, both teams worked early each morning until late into the night as machines were assembled on the spot.
After the machines were assembled, the Memorial Medical Center IT staff connected the new machines to their network and brought them to their new location within the facility.
Old machines were returned to Service Director, Scot Henry (pictured above, in blue) who wiped their hard drives clean, guaranteeing security for Memorial Medical Center’s sensitive information.
