So you’ve been using your new machine for awhile now which means it might be time to place your first supply order. Whether you are enrolled in one of our traditional cost-per-copy agreements or a managed print program with Benchmark, ordering supplies for your office equipment is easy.
Supplies can be ordered in any of the following ways:
- Over the phone
- Automatically by your device
Online at support.benchmarkyouroffice.com
To order supplies online, simply visit support.benchmarkyouroffice.com and select “New Support Ticket” to begin your supply request.
Be sure to complete all of the form fields including your equipment’s serial number and the best way to contact you in case we need to reach you about your request. Once submitted, your order will be processed in the order with which it was received and shipped out right away.
Over the Phone
If you’d prefer to discuss your supply order with a customer service representative, please call 1-800-378-9179 and we would be happy to assist you. Have your device serial number ready so that we can easily locate your account information to ensure the right supplies for your order.
Automatically By Your Device
If you are a customer within our Managed Print program, your device may already be configured with our “Benchmark Support” app which automatically notifies us when your supply levels are low. Once we receive your device request, your supplies will be processed immediately and shipped directly to you.
Big Job Coming Up?
When it comes to mission critical printing projects, it’s always a good idea to plan ahead. Don’t wait until the day you start printing large print volumes to place toner orders. While we do our best to fulfill orders the day they are received, supplies still need time to go through our standard delivery process.
Also, please keep in mind that orders submitted late in the day are typically sent out the following business day, so please consider the time it will take for the supplies to be shipped. If you know you will be using your equipment more than usual for a particular printing project, let us know to ensure that you will have enough supplies on hand to complete the job.
Beware of Toner Pirates
Whether you have a supply agreement with us or order supplies as you need them, always be on the lookout for toner pirates—scammers trying to hook you with their amazing toner deals. Toner pirates are very convincing and have a number of tactics including telemarketing, direct mail, even email now. Many even claim to be from the manufacturer direct, so if you are ever approached about buying toner from a supplier, be sure to give us a call to authenticate. In most cases, third party suppliers are selling generic, low-quality brands that can greatly affect image quality and the overall performance of your machine.
